It was a while in the planning but it’s safe to say that the, hopefully, 1st Annual Animal Hospital Open Day was a complete success!First off we’d like to thank Peter Brennan, one of our more regular clients for giving such great input coming up to, and also on, the day… he was a fantastic help!

We were also very lucky to have a few of our other regular clients come in a help us out on the day, so a big thank you to…..

All hands were on deck to help out on the day and we would also like to say thank you to all the representatives from the charities and companies that where there to give advice and lots of free goodies to everyone who came along. Including Bob, David and Elaine from The Animaltrust Fund, Doreen, Robert and Ace from The Guide Dogs, The Ladies from Peata Pets, Liz from Boehringer Ingelheim, Maurice from HSD Healthcare, Deirdre From Allianz and Jane from Novartis who very kinda brought along her Doggie Mobile for everyone to see!

There were lots of things going on inside and outside the practice on the day. Dental demos in surgery with Christine and her assistants Rusty and Bambi, Amy and her demo on Worms and X-Rays and Lisa and the Doggie Operation game and all of the cute kitten that were looking for homes.

But the hit of  the day had to have been Alaska and her handler Lothar from eaglesflying.com and our face painter from Face Painting Ireland.
